手法推拿联合针灸、拔罐治疗肩关节周围炎随机对照临床研究

Massage Combined with Acupuncture,Cupping Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder with a Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[目的]观察手法推拿联合针灸、拔罐治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效。[方法]将215例患者随机分为单纯推拿组70例,单纯针灸组70例,综合治疗组75例。单纯推拿组采用手法推拿治疗,单纯针灸组采用针灸、拔罐治疗,综合治疗组采用手法推拿联合针灸、拔罐治疗。治疗5次为1个疗程,1个疗程后可以休息2d,治疗6个疗程判定疗效。[结果]综合治疗组治愈率为96.00%,明显高于单纯推拿组70.00%和单纯针灸组74.00%。[结论]针灸推拿综合治疗肩关节周围炎能够起到镇痛、活络的作用,疗效非常显著。

[Objective] To observe the massage combined with acupuncture,cupping for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with.[Methods] 215 patients were randomly divided into 70 cases simple massage group,acupuncture group of 70 cases,comprehensive treatment group of 75 cases.Simple massage group with massage therapy,acupuncture group adopt acupuncture,cupping therapy,combined treatment group by massage combined with acupuncture,cupping therapy.Treatment of 5 for 1 courses,1 courses can break 2D,6 courses of treatment the curative effect.[Results] Comprehensive cure rate of the treatment group was 96%,significantly higher than the simplex massage and acupuncture group 74% group 70%.[Conclusion] Acupuncture and massage for treating periarthritis of shoulder pain,can play a active role,a very significant effect.
