非均相催化一步合成碳酸二苯酯的研究 Ⅱ.焙烧温度对催化剂性能影响 被引量:13

摘要 在不同焙烧温度下制备了非均相催化一步合成碳酸二苯酯所需的催化剂载体并用XRD、SEM及TEM技术对催化剂进行了表征 ,结果发现 ,载体的主要物相基本相同 ,皆为La0 3 Mn0 5PbO ,但当焙烧温度为 80 0℃时 ,所得载体的粒径及孔容较好。最后通过合成实验对催化剂的催化性能进行了研究 ,结果发现 ,载体的焙烧温度为 80 0℃时碳酸二苯酯的收率可达到 5 62 % ,选择性可达到 95 7% The La xPb yMn zO supported Pd catalysts for direct synthesis of diphenyl carbonate were prepared at calcining temperature 600?℃,700?℃,800?℃and 900?℃ respectively The characterization of catalysts and support properties were investigated by XRD, SEM and TEM,the results showed that the support had the same main phaseLa 0 3 Mn 0 5 PbO, but the catalysts prepared by the support calcined at 800?℃ had good distribution of particle diameter and pore volume Finally, the synthesis of DPC were carried out and it was found that the catalyst prepared by the support calcined at 800?℃ was better than the others and the selectivity could reach 95 7%
