通过研究获得了山羊毛酸水解、氨水中和、活性炭脱色的适宜工艺条件。该工艺胱氨酸收率在未回收母液情况下达4.6%以上,产品质量达HG2030-91优质品标准。

<Abstrcat>The extrativing technology of Lcystine from the goat bristles was studied. Adequate technological conditions of the goat briatles hydrolysis, ammoniacal liquor neutralizing, activated carbon decolorizing were experimentally given. Using this technology,the reclaiming yielde of Lcystine could be over 4.6% in no reclaiming mother liquid and the product quality could be reached the level of HG 203091.
