新型聚醚的合成与表征

摘要 用高活性催化剂催化环氧丙烷开环聚合得到一类新型高质量聚醚.对产物进行IR和NMR表征和分析,并探讨了合成工艺条件.结果表明,调节单体与调节剂的比例,控制反应温度在100 ( 5℃,压力在0.15 ~ 0.25 MPa ,可得到不饱和度低、相对分子质量可控、相对分子质量分布窄的聚醚产品. A new type of polyether, which has lower unsaturation, narrower molecular weight distribution and higher molecular weight than conventional polyether, was prepared in the presence of the highly active double metal cyanide complex (DMC) catalysts. The reaction conditions were studied and the products were characterized with NMR and IR. The results showed the optimal conditions of the reaction were 100 5℃ for 8 ~12 hours, the pressure was 0.15 ~ 0.25 MPa, and the appropriate volume ratio of propylene oxide to regulator was 7/1~50/1.高温下淀粉凝胶化颗粒的结构特征
