摘要
报道了用KF -Al2 O3 作催化剂 ,合成 1- (4-溴丁基 ) -咪唑盐酸盐的新方法 ,并考察了诸因素对产率的影响 ,找出了最佳的反应条件 .最佳的反应条件为 :咪唑与二溴丁烷的摩尔比为 1∶1.2 ,催化剂与反应物总质量之比为 1∶1,反应温度为 18℃~ 2 5℃ .
This article reported a new synthesis method about 1_(4_bromobutyl)_imidazole hydrochloride using KF-Al 2O 3 as catalyst. The effects on the yield were investigated. The optimal conditions are as follows: the mole ratio of imidazole to 1,4_dibromobutane is 1∶1.2, the mass ratio of the catalyst to all the reactants is 1∶1, the temperature is between 18 to 25℃.
