摘要   研究了磺化间规聚苯乙烯磺酸锌盐(SsPS Zn)的增容作用以及sPS/PA6/SsPS Zn三组分塑料合金的力学、热学性能和微观形态结构。结果表明:SsPS Zn的加入明显地改善了sPS/PA6二组分合金的力学性能,在sPS/PA6/SsPS Zn重量组成为80/20/5时,合金冲击强度最大,为14.2kJ/m2。DMA和SEM结果表明,SsPS Zn在合金中起到了降低微相尺寸和加强相间界面粘结的作用,可显著提高sPS和PA6两组分间的相容性,FTIR研究表明SsPS Zn的磺酸锌基团和PA6的酰胺基之间存在相互作用。 The effect of adding sulfonated syndiotactic polystyrene ionomer (SsPSZn), to immiscible blends of syndiotactic polystyrene (sPS)/polyamide6 (PA6) on the morphology, thermal properties and mechanical properties of the blends has been investigated. Scanning electron microcopy (SEM) showed that the addition of SsPSZn to sPS/PA6 blends reduced the dispersed phase size and improved the adhesion between the phases. Dynamical mechanical analysis (DMA) revealed that the glass transition temperatures of PA6 component in the compatibilized blended samples shifted towards to high temperature as the amount of SsPSZn increases, indicating enhanced compatibility. In addition, FTIR spectroscopy identified the interpolymer interaction as a complex between Zn2+ cation of the ionomer and the amide nitrogen and oxygen of PA6. The compatibilized blends have significantly higher impact strength than that of the blend without SsPSZn, and the optimal impact strength of the blends was achieved with 4.76 %(mass ratio) content of the SsPSZn (x=0.0865). 
