聚苯乙烯/油酸/氟化镧复合纳米微球的制备、表征及抗磨性能 被引量:12

摘要  用种子乳液聚合的方法合成了聚苯乙烯/油酸/氟化镧复合纳米微球,通过TEM、XRD、FTIR、TG-DTA等测试手段对其结构和形貌进行了表征,并在四球试验机上考察了其摩擦学行为。结果表明,复合纳米微球具有核壳结构,平均粒径约30nm,作为新型润滑油添加剂,具有良好的抗磨性能。 Polystyrene/Oleate/Lanthanum fluoride composite nanospheres were prepared by step polymerization.The structure and surface characters of the nanospheres were characterized by TEM,XRD, FTIR,DSC,TGA,etc,and their tribological properties as additives in liquid paraffin were investigated with a fourball tribometer. The sample disperses in liquid paraffin at room temperature ,but it doesn't disperse in water. It indicates that there are some hydrophobic groups attached on the surface of the nonospheres. The observation of TEM shows that the mean graininess of the sample is about 30 nm, and the distribution of graininess is in uniformity . The FTIR absorption spectra of the sample confirms the existence of oleate groups and polystyrene groups.The TGDTA curves of the sample show the decomposition temperature of polystyrene is about 330-450℃, and the decomposition temperature of oleate is about 180-230℃. The tribological tests show that the synthetic nanospheres as additive in liquid paraffin improve the antiwear ability of the base oil. 
