DETERMINATION OF KANAMYCIN BY FIRST-DERIVATIVE CATHODIC STRIPPING SQUARE WAVE VOLTAMMETRY

摘要 研究了汞 卡那霉素络合物的电化学行为 ,并建立了导数阴极溶出方波伏安法测定卡那霉素注射液含量的方法。在 pH 4 .7的HOAc NaOAc缓冲溶液中 ,在约 0 .12 6V (vs.SCE)处出现一个汞 卡那霉素络合物的还原峰 ,卡那霉素的浓度在 0 .0 2~ 1.5mg·ml- 1之间与导数方波伏安图的峰高存在良好的线性关系 ,回归方程ip(10 - 4A) =3.6C(mg·ml- 1) + 0 .4 6 ,相关系数为 0 .992 0。方法简便、灵敏、准确 。 The electrochemical behavior of the complex between mercury(Ⅱ) and kanamycin was studied, and a method for the determination of kanamycin by the first-derivative cathodic stripping square wave voltammetry was described in this paper. In an acetate buffer of pH 4.7, a reduction peak of the complex [Hg-(kanamycin) 2] 2+ was observed at the potential of 0.126V(vs.SCE). Good linearity was obtained between the peak heights of the derivative square wave voltammegram and kanamycin concentrations in the range of 0.02~1.5mg of kanamycin per ml of solution. The following regression equation was obtained with its correlation coefficient r=0.9920, i p= 3.6C+0.46, where i p is the peak height, 10 -4A, C is the concentration of kanamycin, mg·ml -1. This method was proved to be very sensitive and easy to operate. It has been applied to the assay of kanamycin injection and accurate results were obtained.
