摘要
应用常规分析方法和红外光谱 ,对掺入食品中偶氮染料丽春红 2R进行鉴定 ,对偶氮染料晚霞黄和丽春红 3R进行分析比较。
It was reported in this paper that by the combined use of spot test? UV-VIS spectrophotometry and IR-Spectrometry, some banned synthetic colorants of azo compounds (e.g. panceau 2R) admixed in foodstuffs were characterized. A sample of canned pork was analyzed and 27.8μg·ml -1 of panceau 2R, a banned colorant, was found by spectrophotometry. A study of the absorption spectrums of seven edible colorants were also described.
