ICP-AES DETERMINATION OF MICRO AMOUNTS OF ANTIMONY AND TIN IN FERROMOLYBDENUM

摘要 讨论了CID作检测器 ,ICP AES测定钼铁中微量锑和锡 ,选择了最佳分析谱线和仪器重要参数 ,通过试验大量钼和铁的影响 ,用铁量匹配绘制校准曲线对试样进行直接测定的方法 ,检出限锑为 0 .0 0 11% ,锡为 0 .0 0 0 4 % ,回收率为 99%~ 10 3%。 It was reported that in the ICP-AES determination of microamounts of antimony and tin in ferromolybdenum, charge injection device (CID) was used as detector in the measurement. The optimum analytical conditions (i.e. the choice of analytical wavelength the rationization of sample dissolution and etc) and the working parameters of the instrument were studied thoroughly. As a result of the study of the interference of matrix components (Mo and Fe) to the determination of Sb and Sn, it was ascertained that in the preparation of calibration curve, about 40% (mass percentage) of pure iron should be added as a correction for its matrix interference. Limits of detection for Sb and Sn were found to be 0.0011% and 0.004% respectively. Recoveries obtained were in the range of 99% to 103%.
