摘要
随着社会的发展,老龄化问题的突出,老年医学的作用和地位日益显著。研究和预防老龄化,寻求延缓衰老,防治疾病的方法,已成为当今世界迫切以求的大课题。本科自拟中药'黄芪合剂'汤对老年多发病,常见病的心脑血管方面的共有症——'老年瘀症'的治疗,以探讨中医老年瘀症与高凝状态的内在联系,寻求老年瘀症的本质和客观指标,并就中药的治疗作用展开讨论,报道如下:
After the observation and treatmen t of senile blood stasis by self-made 'Mixture of Huang Qi',the has author has noticed that the indces of hypercoagulability such as ATⅡ:A and ATⅡ:Ag, VⅡ:C and VWF: Ag, TXB and 6-Ketone-PGFI can better reflect the degree of hyperblood coagulation; while 'Mixture of Huang Qi' can improve effectively 'hyper一coagulability' or 'blood stasis',and it also has an active funtion ofprevention and treatment of senile anginocardiopathy and cerebrovasculardiseases.
