摘要
以1,3-二巯基丙烷为衍生剂 ,衍生水中路易氏剂等含砷化合物使其转化成挥发性较好的衍生物 ,继之以气相色谱 -质谱法测定 ;从优化衍生化反应的实验条件出发 ,研究了衍生剂用量、温度、酸度等因素 ;该法应用于加标水样的分析 ,回收率在97%~104%之间 。
A method for the determination of Lewisite and arsenic-containing compounds is presented by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with derivatization of 1,3-dimercapropane. Factors affecting the derivatization reaction such as the amount of derivatizing agent, temperature and acidity of reaction system were evaluated. The method was applied for the assay of spiked water of Lewisite and phenylarsonic acid with recovery rates of 97%~104%.
