测定水性聚氨酯树脂平均相对分子质量及其分布的高效凝胶渗透色谱法 被引量:2

摘要 选用HPPLgelMIXED_B柱双柱串联 ,四氢呋喃作流动相 ,紫外吸收检测器测定了水性聚氨酯树脂的平均相对分子质量及其分布;通过一系列的条件试验 ,确定了最佳的凝胶色谱(GPC)条件,结果令人满意;该研究有助于了解水性聚氨酯树脂性能 。 Relative molecular mass and its distribution of waterborne polyurethane resin were determined by high performance gel permeation chromatography(HPGPC) with HP PL gel MIXED-B dual-column system in series and ultraviolet absorption detector. Tetrahydrofuran solution was used as a mobile phase. Chromatographic conditions were optimized. The determined results were in agreement with those obtained by viscometry. The method can supply some help to understand the properties of waterborne polyurethane resins and to guide their productive technology and basic research.
