摘要 本文采用紫外 -可见光谱法研究了在不同 p H条件下铜 ( ) /H2 O2 对多巴氧化作用的影响。结果表明 ,p H可影响铜离子催化多巴氧化成黑色素的效率 ,在弱酸性环境下铜 ( )的催化作用要比 p H7. The effect of the Cu(Ⅱ)/H 2O 2 on oxidation of DOPA has been studied by UV Vis spectroscopy at different pH. The results show that the pH can influence the effect of the Cu(Ⅱ) on the oxidation of DOPA to melanin and the catalysis of Cu(Ⅱ) is stronger at an acidic environment than at pH 7.4.
