Based on analyzing the present situations of mining mechanism both at home and abroad,this article makes a conclusion on related applied and developed problems of mining mechanism by comparison.After China entering WTO,mining mechanism will face with new challenges.How to make the research and development fast and make sure the developing directions will have an influence on mine building and mining mechanism in China.
