汉语教师的基本能力,一是要能在多种类别的汉语教材中选择适合预科班学生的教材,其次是要自如地驾驭成分复杂、程度不同的学生,让每一位学生都有学习收获。

Chinese Teachers should be equipped with two basic qualities, first the ability to select the one that is the most suitable for reppies from a sea of Chinese cowrse books and second, the art of manipulating the class,that differs widely in ethnic and knowledge background,in order that each and every one of them can benefit in some way.
