教育具有生产性和可经营性。它可以通过一定具体手段来获得价值和利益,因此人们可以利用产业的运作方式去发展教育,但必须正确理解教育的特殊性来区别教育与社会其他产业的共性和异性,所以在进行教育产业运作中,必须既要遵循经济规律,又要遵循教学规律。

Education is produsible and manageable. People can make profits by using certain specific methods . Therefore people are able to use property--operating way to develop education . In order to distinguish differences between education and other society property,people should know the particlarity speciaty of education correctly. When people put property----operating method into developing,they should fall on both economic and teaching regulation.
