Digital Qianfu Mountain is a strategic project for Qianfu Mountain exploitation in 21st century, it is the reflection of Digital West in Qianfu Mountain exploitation and contraction. In this paper, we discuss the development of Digital Earth and the overall frame of digital Qianfu Mountain, and the plan of action.
