摘要
我国的高等教育目前正处于一场由应试教育向素质教育转变的深刻变革之中 ,高校人才培养的质量将直接关系到我国的国际竞争力 。
The advanced education of our country is in the great change from the one for the test education to that for the quality. The quality of the person with ability in our advanced education will have a great effect to the ability of the international competition of our country. As for the construction of our college's culture, it has played a potential role in the progress of our advanced education.
