多层螺旋CT成像不同扫描参数对腰椎图像质量的影响

Evaluation of different parameters for the image quality of lumbar vertebral in the scaning of multislice CT

目的 :比较腰椎多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检查中设定不同参数对图像质量的影响 ,探讨腰椎MSCT检查的规范化程序和方法。方法 :随机选择时间段 ,设计 3组不同扫描程序 ,并对其腰椎MSCT的图像质量进行评估和比较。其结果采用单盲法进行独立评分 ,用t检验做统计学处理。结果 :第 3组的腰椎MSCT图像质量明显优于第 2组(P <0 .0 5 ) ,第 3组与第 1组无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :腰椎MSCT检查中采用高速度 (HS)模式 ,5mm/ 15mmHS ,重建层厚 5mm ,间隔 1mm的程序 ,所获得的图像质量优良 ,达到了在保证诊断质量基础上 。

Objective: To compare the image quality of lumbar Vertebrals and to investigate the application of different scan parameters of Multislice CT(MSCT).Methods: Sixty cases patients were randomly divided into 3 groups (20 cases for each group),3 groups of parameters were settled prospectively.The image quality was compared between the groups.Results: The image quality of lumbar vertebral in MSCT of the third group was better than that of the second group ( P <0.05),no significant difference between the third group and the first group ( P<0.05). Conclusion: MSCT scan parameter of the third group (5 mm/15 mm HS,interval 1 mm) is much better for the diagnosis of lumbar vertebral diseases and for the low cost running equiment.
