二尖瓣频谱分析在高血压病晚期的临床意义

目的 :应用多普勒超声心动图探讨高血压病晚期的二尖瓣频谱变化规律。方法 :对 96例出现心衰的高血压患者检测了二尖瓣频谱的速度指标。结果 :舒张早期峰值流速 (PVE)呈现早期降低、晚期增高的规律 ;而舒张晚期峰值流速 (PVA)则相反 ,表现为早期增高晚期又降低的现象 ;高血压病晚期还会出现E峰与A峰速度比E/A>1的假性正常现象。结论 :高血压病晚期二尖瓣频谱E/A比值会出现两种形式 ,即E/A <1和E/A >

Objective: To explore the role of mitralis valve frequency spectrum of late hypertension by doppler echocardiography.Methods: Speed parameter of mitralis valve frequency spectrum of 96 cases of hypertension with heart failure was detected.Results: Peak flow velocity of early diastolic phase were droping in early and adding in late.However,peak flow velocity of late diastolic phase were adding in early and droping in late.E peak and A peak speed ratio larger than 1(E/A>1) could appear in the hypertension.Conclusion: Late hypertension have two mode of mitralis valve frequency spectrum.
