摘要
Objective : To describe the present situation of child community service in and out of the distinctive area, to provide guide for child community service. Methods : inquiry. Results : It was not sufficient for the child hygienic direction, the situation out of the distinctive area was better than it in the distinctive area. The children’ s postnatal investigation rate was high, but the postnatal sight examination and the postnatal deantal check rate were low. Above 85 % of the interviewees were satisfied with kinds of the community service. The number of children who dad psychological problem was multiplying, especially in the distinctive ward. Conclusion:We must to develop the sight care, the dental care and the psychological care of children, to pre-formance the health teaching by different forms, to enhance the propagandits work, to increase the health quality of children.
