不同引物检测肺炎支原体的研究

Research the affection of different primers to detect PMP

目的 :比较不同引物对肺炎支原体检测的影响。方法 :对三对不同引物的扩增产物进行特异性和灵敏度检测 ,比较不同引物之间的检测差异。结果 :不同引物的特异性都较好 ,但特异性有明显差异。结论 :不同设计的引物检测灵敏度有差异 ,对临床标本检测结果有明显影响 ,在引物设计时不但要注重引物的特异性 ,也要注重引物的灵敏性。

Objective: To compare the affection of different primers to detect Mycoplasma pneumonia(Mp). Methods: Detect the specificity and the sensitivity of the three pairs of primer for amplification of Mp. Results: Among the three pairs of primer the specificity were showed better. but large difference were noted in the sensitivity . Conclusion: It is important that not only the specificity but also the sensitivity in the selection of primer for amplification.
