摘要 目的研究雄激素受体 (AR)、雌激素受体 (ER)以及孕酮受体 (PR)在乳房外Paget病 (EMPD)中的表达 ,探讨性激素对EMPD的影响。 方法用免疫组化方法定性检测AR、ER及PR在 2 1例EMPD组织标本中的表达。 结果 2 1例EMPD中 16例AR表达阳性 ,阳性率高达 75 % ,所有病例均未检测到ER、PR。 结论雄激素对EMPD的发生、发展起重要作用 ; Objective To investigate the expression of androgen receptor(AR),estrogen receptor(ER)and progesterone receptor(PR) in extramammary Pagets disease so as to explore the role of sexal hormones via their respetive receptors in EMPD. Methods By using immunohistochemical methods,we examined the expression of AR,ER and PR on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue samples from 21 patients with EMPD without associated visceral malignant noplasms or adnexal carcinoma. Results AR was identified in 16 of 21 cases.The AR expression rate of EMPD was 75%.Ers and PRs were not detected in the cases of our series. Conclusion AR and androgens may have important role for the development and growth of EMPD.This suggests antiandrogens therapy might be considered for the patients which are inoperable but with positive AR expression.
