插管法小肠低张气钡双重造影术

目的探讨插管法小肠低张气钡双重造影术诊断小肠疾病的价值。方法回顾性分析了插管小肠低张气钡双重造影术成功39例,男27例,女12例,年龄15～80岁,其中,黑便16例,腹痛或不适23例,腹泻7例,恶心呕吐2例,表现为其他症状者3例。结果①39例中,34例1～6组小肠显影,3例1～5组小肠显影,2例4组以内显影,显影小肠均显示清楚。②39例中,小肠肿瘤3例,结核3例,血管畸形5例,节段性肠炎2例,小肠息肉1例,肠易激综合症3例,肠粘连3例,憩室4例,慢性炎症改变2例,正常11例,其它2例。结论插管法小肠低张气钡双重造影术能够较满意地显示和诊断小肠器质性病变。钡双重造影;

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis of the small intestinal disease with the small intestinal low-strain air-barium double imaging by intubatton.Method A retrospective analysis was made on 39 patients who were successfully performed with the small intestinal low-strain air-barium imaging by intubatton.There were 27 male and 12 female,aged from 15～80 years old with average of 49 years old in the study.Of them,there were 16 dark excrement,23 bellyache or discomfort, 7 diarrhea,2 nausea and vomit and 3 other symptoms.Results 1In 39 cases,the small intestinal were imaged well in 34 of 1～6 groups,3 of 1～5 groups and 2 of 1～4 groups.2There were 3 small intestinal tumors,3 tuberculosis,5 blood vessel malformation,2 segmented enteritis,1 small intestinal polypus,3 small intestinal stimulating syndrome,3 intestinal conglutination,4 diverticulum,2 chronic enteritis,2 other diseases and 11 in normal.Conclusion The small intestinal materiality diseases could be shown and diagnosed with the small intestinal low-strain air-barium imaging by intubatton.
