摘要
目的 探讨空肠弯曲菌 (CJ)中脂多糖 (LPS)成分在CJ诱导的周围神经病致病中的作用。方法 分别用CJPen 19的LPS和CJ免疫大鼠。免疫后取坐骨神经作病理检查 ,通过ELISA法测抗CJLPS抗体滴度 ,将免疫血清神经外膜下注射 ,作病理检查。结果 1.CJ组坐骨神经原纤维病变率为 11.0 % ,CJLPS组坐骨神经原纤维病变率为 10 .46% ,两者无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。两组均于免疫 14d后出现病变 ,d3 5达高峰 ;2 .神经外膜下注射免疫血清后CJ组坐骨神经原纤维病变率为 65 .2 % ,CJLPS组坐骨神经原纤维病变率为62 .5 % ,两者之间也无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;3 .血清抗CJLPSIgG、IgM类抗体滴度在两组无显著性差异。IgM滴度于免疫后 14d达最高水平。IgG滴度 14d后上升 ,d3 5达高峰。
Objective To explore the pathogenic role of lipopolysaccharide(LPS) of campylobacter jejuni (CJ) LPS in allergic neuropathy induced by CJ.Methods Wistar rats were immunized by CJ LPS and CJ respectively.The animals were sacrificed and scia-tic nerves were taken after immunization. Pathological study was finished . Titers of anti-CJ LPS antibody in serum of immunized rats were detected by ELISA . Pathological study for sciatic nerve was also performed after injection with immunized serum perineurally.Results 1.There were no differences in the changes of pathologic fibers of sciatic nerve in the rats after immunization between CJ group (11.0 %) and CJ LPS group (10.46 %). The pathologic changes in both groups could be demonstrated since the 14th day with immunization and the peak incidence were met on the 35th day;2.There were also no difference in the incidence of pathologic fibers between CJ group (65.2 %) and CJ LPS group (62.5 %) after the perineural injection with immunized serum;3.There were no differences in titers of IgG or IgM anti-CJ LPS antibody between CJ and CJ LPS groups. The titers of IgM both groups reached at the peak level on the 14th day, however the titer of IgG gradually increased after the 14th day and reached the peak level on the 35th day.Conclusion CJ LPS is the main pathogenic component of CJ antigen in peripheral neuropathy induced by CJ.
