摘要
采用随机引物扩增多态 DNA技术对葱属部分植物进行了种间亲缘关系的研究 ,结果说明 1 2种材料之间存在丰富的多态性 ,遗传距离变幅在 0 .2 5 0 0~ 0 .7887之间。聚类分析说明蒙古韭、山韭、野韭、韭菜 (栽培韭 )、野生韭菜、矮韭亲缘关系较近 ,聚为一支 ,其中韭菜与野生韭菜亲缘关系最近。天蒜、薤白、蒜聚为一支 ,葱、洋葱、红葱聚为一支 ,其中葱与洋葱。
RAPD analysis was applied to 12 species of Allium in order to investigate the relationship between species.The result illustrated that there were abundant polymorphism between the 12 samples,and the range of genetic distance was from 0.250 0 to 0.788 7 .Cluster analysis was used to generate a dendrogram showing phylogeny relationships between them.To the species studied,it placed A.mongolicum Regel, A senescens L., A.anisopodium Ledeb, A.ramosum L., A.tuberosum Rottl,wild A.tuberosum as the closer relatives in the branch, A.tuberosum being the closest relative to wild A.tuberosum. it placed A.paepalanthoides Airy Shaw, A.macrostemon Bunge and A.sativum L.in the next branch as closer relatives;it also placed A.fistulosum L., A.cepa L.and A.cepa L.var. proliferum Regel in the third branch as closer relatives,in this branch,there being a high degree of genetic differentiation between A.fistulosum L.and A.cepa L, A.cepa L.var. proliferum Regel.
