摘要
利用高空气球搭载了 2个品种鸡冠花 ( Celosia cristata L.)的种子 ,进行空间诱变处理。飞行高度为 40 .1 1 2 km,飞行时间近 4h,回收后播种栽培 ,采收子一代 ( SP1 )花序。将各组样品花序的乙醇提取物与 Mg+ HCl,Zn+ HCl,1 % Fe Cl3-乙醇液 ,2 % Al Cl3-乙醇液 ,1 %Na OH进行显色反应 ,呈现黄酮类化合物性质特征颜色。又以槲皮素、山柰酚、异鼠李素为对照品 ,采用 HPLC法测定分析了各搭载组花序中黄酮醇的含量 ,并与地面对照组比较。结果表明 ,2个品种鸡冠花搭载组花序黄酮醇总量分别为 0 .85 9%、0 .864% ,比对照组分别提高90 .0 4 %、1 42 .0 2 %。
Air dried seeds of two species of Celosia cristata L.were carried by a high altitude balloon (CHAB) for space mutation,flying to an altitude of 40.112 km from sea level for about 4 hours.The treated seeds were cultivated on the ground and the inflorescences of SP1 generation were collected.Ethanol extracts of the inflorescences of CHAB groups and the control groups were allowed to react with color developer such as Mg(Zn) powder and HCl,1% FeCl 3 ethanol,2% AlCl 3 ethanol and 1% NaOH respectively.Characteristic color of flavonoids was then observed.Putting quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin as reference,flavonols in dried samples of CHAB groups were analyzed and determined by HPLC method,and compared with those of control groups respectively.Results showed that the total content of flavonol int wo samples of CHAB group were 0.859% and 0.864%,rosing 90.04% and 142.02% as compared with the control groups,respectively.Significant effect of high space environment condition mutation on the synthesis of flavonoids in inflorescence of C.cristata L.was observed.
