万家寨引黄工程太原供水区地下水超采及保护对策

Groundwater Overdraft Problem in Ta iyuan Water Supply Area and Counterm easures

从可持续发展的观点出发,根据引黄太原供水区地下水的开发利用现状,揭示地下水超采状况,分析供水区由于地下水超采引起的一系列环境水文地质问题,并遵循可持续发展的思想,提出地下水资源可持续利用的保护对策。

The water of Yellow River is to be sent to Taiyuan water supply area by Wanjiazhai YRDP(Yellow River Diversion Psoject).However,the Taiyuan water supply a rea has long been existing a lot of pro blems.In order to use jointly the the local water and th e Yellow River water,bringing the ut ility of the water resources into ful l play,the writer ,in this paper,from a point of view of the sustainable development ,has analyzed a series of environmen tal hydrological problems caused by the groundwater overdraft according to present regime of the groundwater develop-ment,the overdraft regime of the gro undwater that has been revealed in Taiyuan water supply area.Finally,th e wirter,follows an idea of the sustainable development,presented some measures may be taken to protect the water reso urces as well.
