老年公寓设计实践

The design practice of apartment for aged people

通过晋中市迎宾老年公寓的设计实践 ,认真分析了老年人的生理、心理特点 ,体现了以老年人为本的设计原则。结合《老年人建筑设计规范》 ,力求对老年公寓这一新兴建筑形式及其中的一些实际问题进行粗浅分析 ,以迎接我国老龄化社会的到来。

By design practice of Yingbing apartment for aged people, psychology and psychology characteristic of aged people are earnestly analyzed. And the paper points out that architecture design should embody design principle of taking aged people as main body. Combined with architecture design standard for aged people, some problems on new style architecture form namely apartment for aged people are done superficial analysis and probe in order to welcome the come of aged society.
