摘要
就项目实施阶段的特点 ,结合工程项目监理经验 ,简要介绍了目前我国的监理状况及规范化管理的必要性 ,论述了总监在项目实施阶段的规范化管理 。
According to the characteristics of project construction and combined with project supervision experiences the current supervision situation and the necessity of standardization management in our country is concisely introduced. The function of general supervision person in standardization management of project construction is discussed. At last aimed at some problems that exist at present some opinions are put forwards.
