Materials cost control method for construction project is introduced from many aspects such as material and labour analysis, market dynamic state, warehousing management, materials requisition on quota, cost analysis and so on. Serial items work that should be do better in the course of mastering market dynamic state and buying materials is clarified to reach the aim of abating materials cost.
