经皮穿针外固定治疗股骨上端骨折(附56例报告)

Percutaneous pinning external fixation for femoral upper-part fractures: A report of 56 cases

采用经皮穿针外固定方法治疗56例股骨上端骨折。经6个月～4年随访,治疗优良率达95％,认为该方法操作简单,固定效果好,适用于股骨上端各种类型骨折。对于针眼处感染或针道松动,严格无菌操作和密切观察可以避免。

Fifty-six-cases of femoral upper-part fracture were treated by per- cutaneous pinning external fixation. The follow-up of 6-48 months showed that the excellent-good rate of the treatment results reached 95%. It was considered that this method has simplicity in operation, good result of fixation and suitability for femoral upper-part fractures of various types. The infection of the pin hole and the loosening of the pinning can be avoided by strict aseptic operation, and careful obser- vation.
