Transcalcaneotalar backspring fixator for calcaneal fractures: A report of 58 cases/

采用经跟距反弹固定器治疗跟骨骨折58例,经1个月～2年7个月随访,治疗结果按毛氏百分功能标准评定:优20例、良19例、可1例、差3例,优良率达90.7％。和文献报导的方法比较,该法具有创伤小、操作简单、护理方便、可早期活动、固定可靠、疗效高、后遗症少等优点。

Fifty-eight cases of calcaneal fracture were treated by trans- calcaneotalar backspring fixator, and followed up from I to 31 months. According to Mao's percentage function standards, the treatment results were evaluated, and included: excellent in 20 cases, good in 19, fair in 1 and poor in 3. The excellent-good rate reaclied 90.7% Compared with other methods reported in the literature, this method has the following advantages: mild injury, simple operation, convenient nursing, early exercise, stable reliable immobilization, few sequelae, etc.
