摘要
对肱骨外髁骨折进行了尸体解剖与模拟实验,观察和测量了骨折形成到复位固定的全过程。通过生物力学分析发现:骨折块是在外力的冲撞和伸肌总腱及肘后肌的牵拉下应力集中而形成和翻转的,挠侧副韧带虽然对骨折块的形成没有影响,但它在骨折块的翻转复位固定中起着重要作用。从而为闭合复位治疗方法提供了科学根据。此外还阐明了该病多发于儿童的原因。
The whole process from the formation to the reduction of humeral lateral- condylar fracture was observed and measured by autopsy and simulated tests, Trhough a biomechanical analysis it was found that under the impact of the exterior forces and the traction of the common extensor tendon and posteroir anconeal muscle, the fragments were formed and turned over, and that the radial collateral ligament played an important role in the turn over reduction and fixation of the fragments although it had no effect on their formation. These findings may provide a scientific oasis for the closed reduotion of the fracture, and explain the reason why the injury is frequently emcountered in children.
