网络时代的是一个学习的时代,又是一个创新的时代,学习与创新成为其主旋律。本文从学习观与创新观的演变历程说明网络时代学习与创新的统一,并从理论与技术加以论证。
Network age is the era of learning and creativity. Learning and creativity become its main melody. This discourse analyses the unification of learning and creativity from the development of the viewpoint of learning and creativity, then discusses it from the aspect of theory and technology.
