摘要
人类的知识可以分为有形知识和无形知识,有形知识和无形知识的特性提供了学习方式的创新理念,建构出一种符合创新理念的学习方式——小组行为学习。小组行为学习是获取与传递无形知识和有形知识的有效模式,在教育教学和学习的实施过程中,必须配以科学的管理,一定能收到很好的效果。
The knowledge of mankind can be divided into visible and invisible knowledges. The characteristics of visible and invisible knowledge gives creative ideas for study method,
forming a study method-the group-behavior study, which
is fit for creative idea. The group-behavior is an effective mode in getting and transmitting invisible knowledge. In the process of the educational teaching and study, scientific managements must be carried out, then we can get good results.
