摘要
本文对已公开发表的宪法学教材进行比较,发现宪法学学科体系、内容都存在一些缺陷,并对现有的宪法学学科教材体系提出改革的建议。
According to the comparisons with all the constitution testbooks that have been published in public, the paper presents that there are some drawbacks exiting in the system and content of the constitution subjects and puts forward some reformed proposals on the present testbook system of contitu-tion subjects.
