On Dweller's Participation in the Tourism Exploitation of Traditional Dwelling

传统民居是一种独特的旅游资源 ,在许多地方都已得到一定程度的开发利用 ,由于其所有权多属于居民 ,在开发利用过程中居民也是一个重要的主体 ,因此必须考虑居民的参与问题 ,本文就此进行了初步的探讨。

Traditional dwelling is a kind of unique tourism resources, and has been to a certain extent exploited in many places. In general, traditional dwelling belongs to the dwellers and the dwellers are also an important main body. Therefore, dweller's participation must be taken into account in the course of exploitation. This paper has a tentative discussion on such a matter.
