摘要
中国电信运营商的网络覆盖和技术水平已居世界前列,但网络的管理水平、运营水平和效益水平与国际大型运营公司相比还有差距。近两年来,中国电信运营商为适应市场竞争环境的变化,越来越重视电信业务支撑系统/运营支撑系统(BSS/OSS)的建设。详细介绍了业务运营支撑系统(BOSS)的概念和应用、系统构成与建设原则和中国BOSS系统的建设现状,分析了BOSS系统未来发展趋势。
The network coverage and technical level of Chinese telecom op-erators have been ranked in the global leading position.But there is still differ-ence in the network management level,operation level and efficiency level comparing to large operators in the world.In recent years,to adapt to the change of market competition envi -ronment,Chinese telecom operators attach more and more importance to t he construction of Business Supporting System and Operation Supporting sys-tem(BSS/OSS).The concepts,applica-tion,system structure and construction principles of BOSS(Business Operation Supporting System)as well as the con-struction status of BOSS system in Chi na are introduced in detail in this paper.The developing trends of BOSS system are analyzed finally.
