民主决策是我国村治的一个重要环节 ,民主管理、民主监督真正有效规范的开展需要制度上的保障和约束 ,这主要依靠民主决策。在民主决策体系中 ,其组织形式居于基础地位。在民主决策的具体操作中 ,要注意保证民主决策经常化、适时化、正规化、权威性的外在制度原则建设 ;民主决策体系自身的程序、方法、步骤等的建设。

Democratic decision is an important link of villager's self_government in our country.Effective and normal implementation of democratic management and supervision needs the security and restrain of a system,which mainly depends on democratic decision.In the system of democratic decision,the form of organization is in a basical position.While making democratic decision,its regularity,timeliness and normalization should be secured,as well as the construction of the outside authorative system and principles,the construction of the procedure,methods,steps of the system of democratic decision.
