浅谈有组织犯罪中证人保护问题

在打击有组织犯罪尤其是黑社会性质的有组织犯罪中 ,证人不敢作证或不愿意作证是一个令执法机构尤其是公安机关最为棘手的问题。究其原因 ,在于我国缺乏强有效的证人保护机制。我国立法中关于证人保护的规定有哪些 ,如何看待我国目前的证人保护状况 ,如何健全我国的证人保护机制 ,有必要作进一步的探讨。

While striking the organized crime,especially mafia_like ones,it's one of the hardest issues for public security organs that witnesses are reluctant or refuse to testify in court.The reasons lie in the lack of effective mechanism of protecting witness.Therefore it is necessary to argue further about how to analyse this issue and how to legislate and complete the mechanism of the protection of witness.
