摘要
石门县公安局从实际出发 ,调动各种积极因素对实习生实行民警化管理 ,收到了良好的效果。其基本作法是 :一、统一调配 ,尽量避免岗位安排的随心所欲 ;二、从严要求 ,尽量避免实习行为的马虎敷衍 ;三、多方关心 ,尽量避免外部条件的反向制弱。
On the basis of the reality, Shimen Public Security Bureau has made good use of various positive forces to make the police_like management of the trainees,with a good effect.The basical steps are the following: 1 Deploy the trainees unanimously to avoid the arbitrary arrangement. 2 Give the trainees strict requirements to avoid the perfunctory manner in their practice. 3 Give them much concern to avoid the reverse restraint of the outside conditions.
