关于国有商业银行履行资本供给职能的探讨

Researching on the Capital Supply Function of the National Commercial Banks

国有商业银行在目前的产权结构、经营环境等条件下 ,很难履行资本供给职能 ,因而亟须对各国有商业银行进行产权改革 ,并进行利率市场化改革 ,以改善国有商业银行的经营环境和理顺其经营行为。

The national commercial banks can not supply capital efectively at the present conditions.So we should reform the property right of them,and make the interest rate determined by market in order to improve the management environment and actions.
