试论高校后勤形象建设

摘要 以公共关系的组织形象理论为依据 ,探讨高校后勤社会化过程中管理模式的创新 ,以提高后勤整体的管理水平和服务质量 ,促进高校教育事业的发展 ,落实科教兴国战略 ,同时使自身在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地 ,并得到长足的发展。 This paper discusses the innovation of the modes of administration during the socialization of college office service on the basis of the theory of organizational image of public relations in order to improve the administrative skill and service as a whole, to advance college education and implement the strategy of promoting the prosperity of China by science and education as well as to base ourselves on sure ground for considerable progress in the fierce market competition.
