通胀与通缩的交替换位及政策选择

The Alternate Changing Between Inflation and Deflation and Policy Chosen

根据通胀与通缩的定义、分类及数量界限 ,给出了通胀与通缩交替换位的理论描述 ,指出这种交替换位既有必然性又有偶然性。中国目前处在已完成了由通胀到通缩的转换但尚未实现由通缩到通胀转换的阶段。在分析中国由通胀到通缩转换原因的基础上 ,提出了中国应在避免通胀与通缩频繁交替换位的前提下 ,采取有效政策实现由通缩到可容忍的通胀即温和通胀转换 。

On the defination,classification,and quantitative limits of inflation and deflation,theoretic description is given on the alternate changing between the two aspects.In addition,contingency and inevitability also exist in it.In China,the changing from inflation to deflation has already been performed.However,the stage changed from deflation to inflation has not come yet.Predicating on the avoidance of the frequent changes between inflation and deflation,China should adopt much effective policy.Therefore the change from deflation into tolerable inflation-moderate inflation would be achieved.Economy would increase rapidly on the low inflation condition.
