选择法治作为一种治国方略或手段 ,有其深刻的人性基础。本文通过界定法治 ,阐述中西不同的人性预设与治国模式 ,论述了治国模式的选择与人性预设之间的内在联系 。

The choice of rule-by-law as a strategy or a method to administer a country is deeply based on human nature.The essay,based on the definition of rule-by-law and interpretation of the difference between China and western world in hypothesis of human nature and administration mode,discusses the intrinsic relationship between the choice of administration mode and a meaning of human nature,thus,drawing the conclusion that the imperfection or fault of the human nature is the basis of human nature for rule-by-law.
