The university is the model windows and important positions of socialism spiritual civilization construction, the assembling and radiant pleces of advanced culture. There are three points to the socialism spiritual civilization construction in universities. The first is to get a clear understanding of situation and existing problem. The second is to use the advantages of its talents, sciences and technologies and surroundings.The third is to make the spiritual civilization construction deeper and effective from the beginning of paying attention to the leading of the party, changing the educational idea, campus culture construction and the teachers' morality construction .
