对篮球人才培养过程的表现特征及培养途径进行了分析 ,并阐述了当前CUBA所存在的问题 ,提出了相应的对策。为建立“小学—中学—大学—职业队”的篮球人才培养体系 ,构建完善的中国篮球运动发展体制提供了参考依据。

This paper analyzes characteristics and ways of training basketball talents and puts forth countermeasures toward problems facing CUBA in order to offer references of establishing basketball talent training system of “primary school middle school university professional team” and a perfect developing system for Chinas basketball.
