摘要
运用生物力学原理 ,以后空翻和前空翻类落地为例 ,分析了体操的落地动作的理论根据 ,即落地站稳的基本条件是人体平衡站立时的平衡角的大小 ;必要而充分的条件是合外力矩能量小于最大限度的恢复能量 ,且合外力不等于零 ;落地时人体本身的缓冲和垫子的缓冲 ;落地顶角的大小应当与重心抛物线与地面的夹角相等。由此对落地动作技术提出了相应的要求。
With biomechanical principles,this paper analyzes theoretical bases for gymnastic grounding movement,taking backward somersault and forward somersault as examples. The prerequisite for stable grounding depends on the equilibrium angle of balanced standing. What is necessary is resultant moment energy is smaller than maximal rehabilitating energy and is not zero. What is more,there are the buffers of the body and the cushion. The vertex angle should equals the include angle. Relevant requirements for grounding movement techniques are put forth.
